Important Notes

•Refund Policy: We will refund 100% of the registration fee and spouse's meal upon written request to admin@southernbusinessdeans.org if the request is received over 30 days from the event date. We will refund 75% of the registration fee and spouse's meal if the request is received between 15-30 days of the event date. We will refund 50% of the registration fee if the request is received 8-14 days from the event date. No spouse's meal will be refunded if the request is received 8-14 days from the event. We will not issue a refund or credit for the following meeting if a request is received 7 days or less from the event date.
•Please indicate above if your spouse/guest will be joining us for the opening reception/dinner so that we may include them in our catering count. Breakfast and lunch are held during the meeting and are offered for conference participants only.
•Registration fee includes opening reception/dinner, two breakfasts and one lunch.
**Please note that all dinner/reception guests must be 21 years of age.
